Partnership Based Work Visa
Employment with an accredited employer, with a minimum payment equivalent to the median wage.
If the partner works in a role covered by an uncapped sector agreement, they may be paid less than the median wage but must receive the wage threshold for their role.
If the partner's role is on the Green List or they are paid at least twice the median wage, open work rights will be granted.
In most of the cases, where the partner is paid below the median wage, eligibility for a partnership-based work visa will not be met.
